இறை வாழ்த்து பராபரக்கண்ணி

தாயுமானவர் எழுதிய  பராபாரக்கண்ணி பாடல்  தமிழ் இணையக் கலவி கழகத்தின் சான்றிதழ் படிப்பின் மேல்நிலையின் முதல் பாடமாக உள்ளது.   அந்தப் பாடலை  ஆசிரியர்கள் வகுப்பில் ஒருமுறை  சொல்லிக் கொடுத்தாலும்,  புலம்பெயர்ந்த இரண்டாம் தலைமுறை மாணவர்கள்  சொற்களையும் அவற்றை   சொல்ல வேண்டிய முறையையும் இக்காணொளி உதவி செய்கிறது.

பராபரக்கண்ணி

அன்பைப் பெருக்கி எனது ஆருயிரைக் காக்க வந்த
இன்பப் பெருக்கே இறையே பராபரமே!
எவ்வுயிரும் என் உயிர் போல் எண்ணி இரங்கவும் நின்
தெய்வ அருள் கருணை செய்யாய் பராபரமே!- தாயுமானவர்.

 இப்பாடலின் ஆங்கில  மொழியாக்கம்:

Oh supreme power, the abundance of eternal bliss you came to protect my beloved life by love
Oh supreme power kindly bestow your blessings so I love and shower kindness to all living things as if it. Is my own.

Meaning of the poem in Tamil.

இப்பாடலின் பொருள் தமிழ் இணையப்பல்கலைக்கழகத்தில் கீழ் வருமாறு கொடுக்கப்பட்டு உள்ளது. இங்கே விளக்கத்தை இடுவதன் மூலம் இந்தப் பாடத்திட்டங்களைப் பயிலும் மாணவர்களுக்கு உதவியாக இருக்கும்.

தமிழ் மெய் எழுத்துக்கள் நம் மொழியின் உடலாகக் கருதப் படுகின்றன. மெய் எழுத்துக்களை ஒரு மரத்திக்கு ஒப்பிடுவோம். அடிமரம், இலைகள், பூக்கள் என்று ஒரு மரத்தை மூண்று முக்கியப் பாகங்களாகப் பிரிக்கலாம். அடிமரம் தொடுவதற்குக் கடினமாக இருக்கும். பூக்கள் தொடுவதற்கு மிக மென்மையாக இருக்கும். இலைகளின் இழையமைப்பு இரண்டிற்கும் இடைப்பட்டதாக இருக்கும்.
ஒரு மரத்தைப் போலவே தமிழ் மெய் எழுத்துக்கள் அவற்றின் ஒலிக்கும் தன்மை கொண்டு மூன்று வகையாகப் பிரிக்கப் படுகின்றன.
மெய் எழுத்துக்கள் தங்களின் ஒலியைப் பொறுத்து வல்லினம், மெல்லினம்,இடையினம் என்று மூன்று வகைகளாகப் பிரிக்கப்படும். வல்லின எழுத்துக்கள் ஆறு. க்,ச்,ட்,த்,ப்,ற் வல்லின எழுத்துக்களாகும். இந்த எழுத்துக்களின் உச்சரிப்ப்பு வலுவான மூச்சுக்காற்று கொடுக்கும் அழுத்தத்தால் வலுமையாக இருக்கும். மெல்லின எழுத்துக்களும் ஆறு தான். ங்,ஞ்,ண்,ந்,ம்,ன் ஆகியவை மெல்லின எழுத்துகள் ஆகும். மெல்லிய ஓசைக் கொண்ட இந்த எழுத்துக்களை ஒலிக்க அதிக முயற்சி தேவையில்லை இடையின எழுத்துக்களும் ஆறு எழுத்துக்கள் தான். ய்,ர்,ல்,வ்,ழ்,ள் ஆகியவை இடையின எழுத்துக்கள். இந்த எழுத்துக்களை ஒலிக்கத் தேவையான முயற்சி நடுத்தரமாக இருக்கும். ஒலி ஓசையும் கடினமாகவோ அல்லது மென்மையாகவோ இல்லாமல் இடையில் வரும்.

 

மெய் எழுத்துக்களின் பிரிவுகள்

Categorization

The Tamil consonants forms the body of the language. Think of the consonants as tree. The tree has three main parts. The trunk, the leaves and the flowers. The tree trunk is the hardest to touch, The flowers have the softest texture,and the leaves have a in-between texture.
Like a tree tamil consonants are divided in to three groups based on the way we pronounce them. Each group has six letters.
The consonants are categorized based on how hard or soft they pronounce. க்,ச்,ட்,த்,,ப்,ற் letters have a hardness to the sound when we pronounce them. They are called vallinam. ங்,ஞ்,ண்,ந்,ம்,ப் letters have a softness to the sound when we pronounce and does not require a lot of effort. They are called mellinam. The lettersய்,ர்,ல்,வ்,ழ்,ள் have a sound that is in-between hardness and softness. They are called idaiyinam.

தமிழ் இலக்கணத்தைச் சரியாகப் புரிந்து கொண்டால் எழுத்து கூட்டிப் பாடங்களை வாசிப்பது எளிதாக அமையும்.. இலக்கணம் என்பது கண்ணால் பார்த்து, காதால் கேட்டால் மட்டும் தமிழ் குழந்தைகளின் மனதில் எளிதில் பதிந்து விடாது. அவர்கள் விளையாட்டு மூலமாகவும் எழுத்துகளின் ஒலி வேறுபாட்டையும் வரி வடிவ வேறுபாட்டையும் அறிந்து கொள்ள முடியும்.

இந்தப் பாடத்தில் உயிர் எழுத்துகள் ஒலி வேறுபாட்டின் மூலம் குறில் நெடில் ஒற்று ஆகியவை கற்றுக் கொடுக்கப் படுகிறது.

குறில்

ஒலிப்பதற்கு ஒரு மாத்திரை அல்லது ஒரு வினாடி எடுத்துக் கொள்ளும் எழுத்துகள் குறில் என்று அழைக்கப்படும்.
குறில் உயிர் எழுத்துகள் அ, இ, உ, எ, ஒ
என்பன.

நெடில்

ஒரு எழுத்து தான் ஒலிக்க இரண்டு வினாடிகள் எடுத்துக் கொண்டால் அது நெடில் என்று அழைக்கப்படும். ஆ,ஈ,ஊ,ஏ,ஐ,ஓ,ஒள ஆகியவை நெடில் எழுத்துகள் ஆகும்

ஒற்று

ஒலிப்பதற்கு அரை மாத்திரை நேரமே எடுக்கும் எழுத்துகள் ஒற்று என்று அழைக்கப்படுகிறன.”ஃ
